Annette’s 25 years of leadership experience in the food service business renders her uniquely qualified to teach, train and motivate. Her infectious, quick-witted humor and personality complement her professionalism to produce effective presentations that are both enjoyable and useful. Annette was responsible for financial matters, marketing, training and public relations. She created the mainstay recipes for the restaurant, and developed and marketed her own line of specialty foods. Annette speaks internationally, is an SBA Award winner for Business Success, and a newspaper columnist.
